We currently offer international shipping to a selection of countries. The list of supported countries is available at checkout.
Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. We cannot control these costs and are unable to advise on what they may be.

For hygiene reasons, opened earphone cushions or similar personal accessories may not be eligible for return unless defective.
9. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues
The risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. While we ensure packages are properly addressed, we are not responsible for shipments that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being handed to the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if such issues arise.
